Whitney -

Born and raised in Baltimore City, I have always had a deep love for animals.

I am the proud owner of two pets: Delta, a lovable Mastiff mix, and Meowser, my spicy kitty who keeps me on my toes.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and am currently furthering my education in veterinary care through the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician Program. My career path has given me a diverse range of experiences, including working with the Department of Agriculture where I conducted egg inspections at stores and production plants, as well as working at a vaccine clinic, where I gained invaluable exposure to animal health care.

For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working at Hickory Ridge, where I’ve developed my skills and learned so much in the field of animal care. I am excited to continue growing both through hands-on experience and my formal veterinary technician studies. My ultimate goal is to provide the best care possible for our furry friends, ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve.
