Originally from Burtonsville, MD, and now residing in Ellicott City, I have always been passionate about working with animals.
This dedication led me to pursue an academic path focused on animal care, earning an Associate's degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Howard Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science with a concentration in Science/Pre-Professionals from the University of Maryland, College Park.
In 2013, I began my career in the veterinary field as a Kennel Assistant, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable experience working with a variety of animals. Over time, I expanded my role and became a versatile veterinary assistant, providing support in various aspects of animal care. While I mostly work behind the scenes, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of veterinary procedures and am now a float veterinary assistant, offering assistance wherever needed.
My goal is to continue expanding my knowledge and expertise within the veterinary field, helping animals and supporting their well-being. I am also the proud mother of three rescue cats, whom I cared for from the age of 10 days old.
