We request a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all medication refills. If you are ordering food or a special request item please allow 7 days for processing and shipping. In order to maintain excellent quality care, ensure patient safety; please give us at least 24 hours to fill any medication requests. This enables our staff to properly review, assess, and fulfill each request according to best practice standards. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to keep your pet happy and healthy! Thank you!


We request 24 to 48 hours advance notice for all appointment cancellations.

As a courtesy to all of our clients, we request as much advance notice as possible for all appointment cancellations. If you must cancel an appointment with us, please do so at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. This enables us alert clients that may be on a waiting list. Thank you for helping us continue to provide excellent service for all of our valued patients and clients!
